Salad with vegetables, soba and chicken

If on a hot day you want to have a hearty lunch, but something not hot, opt for a similar summer salad. It saturates for a long time without leaving a feeling of heaviness, which is important in the heat



Step 1

Boil the soba in boiling salted water until cooked according to the instructions on the package, discard in a colander and rinse in cold water. Boil frozen corn in salted boiling water for 7 minutes, discard in a colander and cool.

Chop the cabbage thinly, pick the salad. Coarsely chop the cilantro and green onions. Peel the bell peppers from seeds and partitions, cut into strips.
